MARION GREENWOOD is the principal coach at
Springboard Coaching and enjoyed a very successful
career within major blue chip organisations for over
20 years. She used her passion for people development
in building teams across a range of functions and
cultures globally. Marion has led European, US, Asian and
cross-cultural global teams through challenging periods
of growth and competitive pressure.

She established Springboard Coaching in 2003 and is
both an independent accredited coach and a qualified NLP
practitioner. She brings warmth, energy, enthusiasm
and great support to all of her clients.

Marion specialises in career management, career
development and career transition coaching, as well as
bringing focus on maintaining a healthy work/life
balance as an essential ingredient to getting the best from
people and enabling them to 'live their best life'.

Marion also runs individually tailored workshops and can
draw upon the services of a number of specialist associates
providing a range of offerings for business individuals and
teams - including team profiling, leadership training and
career management.
